Temple Terrace Reads is an annual family literacy festival that began in 2005 and will celebrate its 16th anniversary in 2023 (the event was postponed in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid-19).  The festival is located between the Temple Terrace Public Library,  the Temple Terrace Fire Department and Temple Terrace Elementary School on Flotto Avenue.

 

Our event features:

• interactive literacy booths highlighting our area schools and groups

• arts & crafts

• musical performances

• games

• storytellers

• face painting

• a book exchange sponsored by the Temple Terrace Junior Woman’s Club

• local school cheerleaders and student athletes
